What is Calisthenics?

The name Calisthenics comes from the ancient Greek words κάλλος (kállos) and σθένος (sthenos), “Strength” and “Beauty”.

Calisthenics is a type of exercise that relies on the weight of the body, exercises such as Push-Ups, Pull-Ups and Squats. What makes this form of exercise very special is that you can achieve many amazing skills without the use of equipment, however some skills require equipment.
